OBS won't open and it says that it is already running

Hello, so i have been struggling with this issue for like a month now and if someone can help me is truly appreciated!

The issue is that when i click on OBS for it to open it won't open and when i click on it again nothing happens and says that OBS is already running, i already asked this in the discord server but no one seems to have an answer for this, i already tried if OBS is in the arrow that appears on the bottom right of the screen but it doesn't appear there, i already tried to finish the task in the details tab from the task manager and again it does the same, i tried to delete the obs-studio folder form the %appdata% and nothing happens, i uninstall it and reinstall it and nothing happen; I've tried many methods and it is still the same, please help :(

If you have killed OBS Studio through the Windows Task Manager, waited a few minutes and then rebooted your computer, does OBS reappear then in the Task Manager? If so, does it create a new log in %APPDATA%\obs-studio\logs (look for timestamp)? Please share.

If it does not start op automatically, try to start up OBS by clicking the shortcut once. Wait another few minutes. Please share the logging created then.
