Question / Help Obs wont open 17.0.2

I upgraded my obs from the previous version to the new one 17.0.2 it opened up perfectly fine yesterday, I used the small installer for the update and than when I tried opening it up today it wouldnt open. I deleted all traces of obs from my computer and still cannot get it to work please help. Also when I open my task manager obs shows as open but nothing actually really shows. For some reason it shows as 32bit when my computer is 64bit should I go back to the older version and if so how?

No, so i reccomend uninstalling obs. Then downloading the FULL installer and if the 32bit doesnt work use the 64bit (Found in start menu)

I did uninstall obs fully, went into my c drive found the uninstaller went through that still nothing, the 64bit doesnt want to work either... I fonund where it's hiding, every time I open it its hiding in hidden icons tray how can I stop it from opening in hiddens icon?
