Question / Help OBS won't load

I don't know what to do, I always try to open OBS but nothing happens I watched youtube videos they don't work, I don't know what to do so can you guys help me

I have to use bandicam now please I wan't to use this but it don't work I always watch youtube videos. But the youtube video don't fit my problem
