OBS Wont load a specific profile since installing new gpu 3070ti

Hello - i installed my 3070ti today and obs goes into suspended state when trying to load my main profile.

I have tried the following:

Trying EVERY nvidia driver since the cards release
Rolled back OBS a few versions
Recreated app data
Fresh install of OBS
import and export profiles
disabled new GPU and uninstalled multiple times
remove all plugins such as streamfx , NDI etc

Odd thing is , if i disabled GPU and use windows driver its fine and i can change profile to a "old small profile" and then i can load it when changing back to GPU. By doing this i tried isolating the Scene that may be upsetting it but was unable to....when i thought i had found the scene upsetting it - i reverting back to a full scene collection and deleted that scene with no success. I repeated this process and each time OBS decided to let me back in upon different random combinations!

From windows event log:

Faulting application name: obs64.exe, version: 27.0.1.0, time stamp: 0x60c393c7

I have attached the last two obs logs.

Any help would be greatly appreciate as otherwise it looks like im going back to the 780! and sending the new card back to Scan as i literally have run out of ideas on this one.

Do you get an "Oops, OBS has crashed!" dialog or just an exit with this report in the event log?

Nothing i see it in the task manager caching upon loading and then it goes into suspended and the process dies before displaying

Try running the attached SPE-Enable.reg. This will cause Windows to create a dump file when OBS exits (regardless of crash or not). Once you have a .dmp file from a crash, please zip it and send it to me privately here or on Discord. Run SPE-Reset.reg to disable the dump generation.

You load a lot of 3rd party plugins. Make sure you're running the most recent version of each of them. If OBS still hangs, I propose you uninstall half of them, then try again. If OBS still doesn't run, uninstall the rest. Now OBS is vanilla only and should run. If it still doesn't run, it's probably an issue with OBS, if it runs it's an issue with one plugin. To see which plugin, install them again one by one and see which plugin makes OBS hang on start.
