Bug Report OBS won't let me stream to Facebook.

So i've tried everything. I streamed to facebook before but its been 2 years since then. i went back, put in my stream key, lowered my settings aaaaaaaand connection error. so i put in the custom URL and the stream key and OBS didn't even try to connect, it just straight up gave me an error saying "Failed to connect".

Am i missing something??
