Question / Help obs wont launch

since yesterday when i launch obs no windows open, it just "work" in background

i already restart my pc, download again obs and update my driver. but still nothing show by obs
 
im having the same issue where ill run as admin its shows in taskbar and taskmanager and its showing not hidden in bottom right but it wont open hte interface window at all. i' ve restarted multiple times, cleaned my pc multiple times, uninstalled n re installed 13 times, etc. nothing will work.
