OBS Won't Launch

Hi All,
I just installed OBS (the free version) for windows and when I go to launch the app I get an error message about a missing plugin and it won't open. (see screenshot)
Have not found anything that seems to relate to this plugin. Any ideas on what to do to resolve this is appreciated.

OBS 28, like is clearly stated on the download page as in the update popup in OBS itself, only works on windows 10 or up.
You can keep using OBS 27.2.4

OBS is free, always, even the Steam version. There's no paid version. If you download and installed a version from another site, uninstall it, run a trusty antivirus like malwarebytes.
This site is the only place from where you can get OBS Studio. And the github page also linked in the download page.
