OBS won't launch with AMD Ryzen 5 3600 & Radeon RX 580

I recently changed PCs from an amd cpu with nvidia gpu to a Ryzen 5 3600 with AMD Radeon RX 580 GPU and OBS 64 bit won't launch on my Windows 10.

I uninstalled including all my previous profile settings so it is a clean install for the 64 bit. I have tried running OBS as administrator. I uninstalled my display driver via device manager and updated it.
I tried to install the OBS 29.1 Beta 4 and it still won't launch OBS.

Any help would be great as I'd like to get back to streaming with OBS.
