Bug Report OBS won't install

I recently had encoder problems with OBS Studio, which I later resolved. When I tried to update OBS Studio to 0.16.4, I started having the same encoding problems, and I uninstalled it to see if that would fix it.

OBS Studio will not install correctly anymore. Can anyone help?

Reboot the computer, try installing again. Do NOT run obs until the installer is done.
