OBS won't install?

I am trying to install OBS on my Windows 10 machine. I have never installed it, but this is what happens when I try:

This is impossible, and I don't see any way to "close" whatever it thinks is a previous install. Please advise?

Close any other recording apps that may be based on OBS but didn't change their name properly.

Maybe you run the installer twice. Best is to restart PC and try again, if it still occurs, search your taskmanager for obs entrys, close all and try again.
