Question / Help OBS wont install (vcredist)

This is the error I get everytime I try to install it

I went to the link and installed both vcredists and installed other versions of vcredist like 2013 but it still always says the error. I recently got my windows reset and before it I had OBS installed and it worked fine now it gives me this message it never gave me when I first installed it and I tried a lot of things but the error is always there. Help please?

You need to download both of them, exit the OBS installer, and run both vcredist installers before trying to run the OBS installer again. If the OBS installer still tells you to download the vcredist file, exit the OBS installer:

If you've installed the Visual C++ Components that OBS Studio requires, but still aren't able to install OBS Studio, you may need to update your Windows installation. To do this, follow these steps.
1) Open Windows Update. This can be found by searching for Windows Update in the Start Menu, or in the Control Panel.
2) Install any available updates.
3) Restart your PC to finish installing updates.
4) Repeat steps 1-3 until there are absolutely 0 updates remaining.

Once Windows is fully up to date, try installing OBS again.
