OBS Won't go Live

hey everyone,
I have pressed go live, nothing has changed on my settings since I last streamed. It going "live" then goes back to start streaming. I have restarted my pc, shut down my PC completely, checked for an update. Reconnected my twitch and still have no joy.

I have attached my logs.
