Question / Help OBS won't download, I'm not using Vpn

hey guys can you help me I wanna download OBS classic or studio any will do but my computer says it can't be downloaded. It starts downloading after I click the download link, then after a few minutes it says it's interrupted. When I resume it, it says the file can't be downloaded. Please help me!

My laptop is an
Aver Aspire V 14 Touch
Intel i7 2.0-3.1 GHz
4GB DDR3
Windows 10
500 GB HDD

Maybe the download server was under high load and your internet connection is a bit unstable? I remember a failed download when there were other downloads using up the bandwidth and OBS downloaded extremely slow and eventually timed out.

I don't think that's the main problem. I've been trying to download OBS for 2-3 month straight already, surely the server wasn't under high load for 3 months? My internet connection is stable. Whenever I download other apps, they install just as fine.
