OBS wont connect to twitch

It either tells me that the connection timed out or to ensure I'm using a valid streaming site. I've tried everything I could find on these forums but nothing changed. Even the bandwidth test fails sometimes to so I have no idea what's going on.

The settings came from the autoconfig on obs. I tried what you said but I’m getting less than 200kps up when trying to stream. Yet only a couple days ago it was above 6000. Nothing helps for longer than a single stream and then it goes back to this. I’ve done that test you remcommended and I’ll get 10,000+ with 97 quality. Then the next day get 400 with 0 quality without changing anything
