Hellloooo,
So I've already lowered my bitrate and quality. I normally stream at 6000 bitrate, 1080p on Facebook. Lowered it down to 2500 720p and still can't even get OBS to make a connection to facebook dashboard. Reset stream key already. Reset network settings. Restarted PC. Used a different ethernet cable. On the phone with ISP currently to see if there are any issues with speed, but online speed tests indicate that speeds are fine. I also tested stream on twitch and it's saying I'm getting 1000 bitrate and won't even connect to twitch's dashboard. I have no idea what to do. :(
