Question / Help OBS won't connect to Facebook anymore

My OBS 19.0.2 will not connect to facebook at all.
I've been using it for months without issue. The previous version started failing to connect so I upgraded and it's still not working. Does anyone have any ideas? THANKS!

The log file says the connection to Facebook is successful:

The number of encoded vs. drawn frames doesn't make any sense though.
