OBS Won't Capture Game Audio

I'm completely baffled as to the reason, I've been fiddling around with my settings with OBS itself and Windows etc. No game audio gets picked up whatsoever, whether it be on Desktop Audio or an alternative Audio Output Capture. My microphone can pick up audio perfectly fine and I can pick up audio FROM my desktop and my web browser without issue, but video games are a no-go for reasons beyond my comprehension.
