I have a livestream setup to run 24/7. Twitch will disconnect the stream after 48 hours. Often the reconnect feature of OBS will kick in and the stream will resume automatically. Sometimes, the stream doesn't come back up. On the OBS side, it appears as if I'm still streaming, but when viewing the channel on Twitch, it's clearly down. I have to then manually intervene (if I notice it didn't reconnect, which may take awhile) to hit Stop Streaming, and then Start Streaming. I've attempted to setup a bot so that my mods can remotely toggle stop and start stream, but unfortunately, the Twitch connection will expire every 30 days and of course we'll have one of these failed connections and that being when we notice the bot connection expired, so that doesn't really help much. Can someone please explain what is happening that OBS can believe it's still connected and streaming despite the stream is obviously down on the Twitch side so that I can explore my options?
