HI,

I would like to do branding of company's logo and put all the speakers in one frame. Is this possible using OBS?
I am trying to get an output similar to the attached image.

Is it possible if so can someone guide me?

How are you getting the speakers into OBS?

It’s definitely possible to do this using the likes of NDI. As RichieTee suggests, the key is how you are getting the feeds into OBS. Once the application the speakers are using supports it you can easily add each of their camera feeds as a separate source in a scene. Skype supports NDI and I believe Teams now supports it as well, not sure about Zoom but I believe it does, haven’t tried it from there. i mention these because they are very widely used now but lots of other alternatives out there as well. Bottom line….you can achieve what you want, just lookup and follow the NDI Plugin instructions. You can also do it without NDI and simply using multiple “window captures“ but personally I think using NDI is easiest, at least for me. Hope that helps.

Take a look here, read the instructions (pretty comprehensive) and it tells you all you need. Begin by installing the NDI plugin plus websockets….others may come back to you with alternative suggestions but this is where I’d begin. I’ve gone through this setup following the instructions provided and it worked out pretty well….

No No and NO.
USE OBS.ninja, this is webrtc software for connecting people.
All speakers use browser to see and talk (obs.ninja), in OBS you can add (via Broswer Source) speakers like you wants to prepare scene and stream to e.g. YT or FB or custom rtmp server for every other.

Ofcourse all speakers are located e.g. in home.

Zoom doesn't support NDI AFAIK and I say this as a user of Zoom at least 3x a week
I think a first time user will be intimidated with NDI.

OBS Ninja is a very good option for him.

@praneethak I took a look at OBS.ninja after Tomasz’s suggestion and I’d agree with him. It’s a much nicer solution than the one I suggested. I’ll be using that from now on also. This is why OBS forum is such a good place to learn :)
