Question / Help OBS with Uberconference

My work is using Uberconference as their primary Telework platform, and I'm having issues getting it to work with OBS. Whenever I have OBS active, Uberconference gives me the following error message:

We seem to be blocked from accessing your webcam! If you want others to see you, please follow the instructions here to grant UberConference permission to access your camera.

Can anyone help me get this working? I'm not sure if it's an Uberconference Issue, or an OBS issue.

I should probably note, that do have OBS Virtual Cam installed, but I don't think it's working. when I click "start" nothing happens, and when I open any website that has a webcam, the OBS Virtual Cam does not show up as an option, and it says that permission is denied to the site.
