Question / Help OBS with NDi Internet Drops low

So im setting up a dual PC stream and i have my main gaming pc with NDi and nothing running but the game and my streaming pc with Obs studio running I run a ookla test and my internet srops to about 2-3mpbs down and 11.5 up. but if i close the obs software it jumps back up to 90-150mbps down and 11.5 up. im paying for 200mbps.

im curious as to what setting i might need to work on to get this issue resolved.

if you need to know any specs or info let me know.

How fast is your local network? How are you connecting your gaming and streaming PCs?

A high resolution NDI feed can easily use 100Mbps. The above sounds like your local network is only running at about that speed, meaning when NDI is on there's hardly any capacity left.
