OBS with DAW question

Hello broadcasters! We are wanting to do a mix of 10-20 audio sources (from USB) and then feed that mix to OBS. We would need to have a DAW of some sort running at the same time as OBS to do the mix with, and switch between them, routing the audio first to the DAW and then routing a mono output from the DAW to OBS for streaming.

Can this be done?
