Question / Help OBS Window Capture Source always fullscreen (macOS)

I've been experiencing some trouble with window capture sources where they will just go fullscreen without any way to make it occupy only a portion of the screen. This is preventing me from streaming at all. I have reinstalled OBS several times with removing every file related to OBS and It's the same. I don't even know how I got into this situation.

Does the window not resize with handles like a normal window capture source (or any video source)?
