Question / Help obs window capture problem

I want to record a special broadcast from obs, I want to add and save from my own computer camera and messeger in front of me,In my tests, screen capture and game capture was not a problem, but in the window capture messeger looks, but the image does not appear, the messeger image disappears, obs opened,When I open it with chrome the screen looks top, but other cuts don't appear, I haven't tried all of the videos on youtube videos, I'm waiting for your help

what I want to do is to make and record video calls with my own video and messeger.

You either need to use display capture, or disable hardware acceleration in any application for which you're trying to use window capture.

Normally this option is under the advanced settings of any program you're using.

Thank you very much,can you show sample,i noticed something alone,Trying to capture game in 32 bits,Does not work in 64 bits

computer features
intel ie5 8th ram 8gb video card 4gb separately
ndvia and intel uhd grabics

Thank you for your comment, but I didn't fully understand what you said, but I wrote it in some of my messages on errors, and I tried to uninstall the program again and again, and I had different problems.

obs improved the chrome error in the latest update, and works in game capture, I want to capture the messenger I have downloaded from windows store, I want to save the video call from messeger,

You can't capture apps from the Windows store. The only method that works is Display capture.
