OBS Window Capture only has two checkboxes and that's it

When I first downloaded OBS, I got this:

But I wanted this (it's from a tutorial video, and it only posted a scene, selected window capture, chose a window, and got this.

How do I add the extra things here? My OBS app is at the latest version.

Two things -- the simple UI you see is the deprecated Window Capture source. The more advance screen you are looking for is the new MacOS Screen Capture source, though your image is of the Windows version, they're not quite the same.
