Bug Report OBS Window Capture acts like display capture WITH Aero enabled only when capturing Fusion 3.64

Aero is enabled, always has been, but OBS still acts like a display capture instead of a Window capture only when capturing Fusion 3.64. Capturing SNES9x or ZSNES does not observe this behavior, only when capturing Fusion 3.64

Using OBS 24.0.3 (64-bit) just for recording.

Screenshots proving that I am using Window capture and Aero is enabled. As you see, I got transparency in the Windows which is ONLY possible when Aero is enabled.

Problem persists.
