OBS window can't be moved / High CPU usage after an hour of streaming

I'm having some issues with moving the window of OBS when I first open it where I can't move or resize the window other than maximizing or minimizing it. Sometimes it takes me closing and opening it two or three times before I can move/rescale the window. It's not in full screen, either. If I do maximize it upon the initial launch, I have to close it through ending the task on the task bar or task manager. I've checked the settings and re-auto configured everything a few times now, and nothing fixes it. It also sometimes crashes after streaming a while, which I'll include the last crash log I have received in the attachments.

My second issue is that lately, I've been running into a CPU "leak" where the CPU usage gradually becomes higher and higher as time goes on. It is also lagging a simple GBA emulator, which it absolutely shouldn't on a PC that was over $2,700 upon completing. My PC is under 3 years old as well.

I'm running Windows 10.0.19045.2965, no updates as far as I know are needing to be installed, and I'm not in the Windows Insider Program at this time.
Intel Octocore i911900k 3.5Ghz (5.3Ghz OC) and not overclocked
ZOTAC NVIDIA RTX 3070 8GB
G.Skill Aegis Series 32GB DDR4 3200Mhz RAM

I can run Unreal Engine 5 without issues as well as Visual Studio and higher end games without issues, so I'm a bit concerned. I did notice a lot of browser processes under the OBS app in Task Manager, if that helps at all.

It looks like you're using the OpenGL renderer, which hasn't been maintained on Windows for a long time (and is no longer selectable). Set it back to Direct3D in Advanced settings.

Sorry for the late reply, I wound up being extremely tired yesterday. I checked the settings and it says it is using Direct3D 11 already.

Your log suggests otherwise. Try creating a new profile and verify there are no references to using OpenGL in the log.
