OBS will not Update (12/15/2020)

When open OBS today it says to Update, and I try to Update and it tries to but then says the Update Failed and to Close all Programs and try again... I had my Browser open so I closed that and tried again, still the same thing... am I doing something wrong?? Please and thank you for any help.

Try the installer, it will tell you which program is using the files.

It says Skype is using my OBS... but how?? Skype isn't even open so I don't know how to close it...

So, I ended the Skype Tasks from Task Manager, and then OBS was able to Update... but I dunno why or how Skype was using OBS?? It doesn't make sense...
