Question / Help OBS will Not record 'Starting the output failed'

This problem came about right after updating to 21.1.0
I cannot record. It complained about drivers, drivers were updated still complains.
Log attached. Also this deprecate pixel format? Whats up with that?

Your chosen encoder was removed because it was deprecated, You need to select a more current encoder.

Bingo, I didn't realize it changed to (use stream encoder).
