Question / Help OBS will not open

My OBS Studio stopped working this morning. When I try to open it, it will show up in my task manager but the program won't pop up at all. I've tried ending tasks, reinstalling, restarting my rig and notta. Here is my most recent log of my attempt to open it. It worked fine the night before, not sure what happened in the last 8 hours. No new updates or anything. :(

It looks like you already have OBS opened at least one other time and its not letting you open it any more times. End moar tasks, or probably easier, just reboot.

if rebooting doesn't work, I'd probably uninstall, delete or move any remaining files in the old install path, and then re-install.
