OBS WILL NOT OPEN SAYS GPU NOT SUPPORTED OR OUT OF DATE (WITH LOG FILES)

Hello everything was working fine last night till Windows automatically updated through the night time!! My nvidia graphics card is up to date!!
this is the log file i found in the app data since it wouldnt open at all. happened in OBS and SLOBS please help

i figured it out
had to right click on desktop, go to the graphics settings, then change the power usage to the power saving mode
