Question / Help OBS will not open on my laptop anymore

So I have a MacBook Pro, and I'm running both MacOS and Windows on it. I have OBS Studio on my MacOS side and it works just fine. But recently, I got a free copy of Windows 10 for free from my school to install on my MacBook, and when I installed OBS on Windows, it worked the first and second times, but now, it only ever makes it a background task when I check my Task Manager. I can't figure out why it's doing this. I've tried uninstalling, running both 32 and 64 bit, but nothing ever happens

uncheck 'minimize to system tray when started'

also try uploading a crash file or log if there are any.

Ok so I know I probably sound like a moron, but since I've never dealt with this type of problem with any application, how would I uncheck "minimize to system tray when started?" And it doesn't ever crash, it just runs as a background process. It's just never a fully opened app.

It should appear on the notification area on the taskbar right click on it and hit show. You should now see the window. To prevent this from happening again go to settings, general tab, and uncheck 'minimize to system tray when started'.

Of course this may not work if you are having a different problem then I think you are.

Also make sure to end all obs processes in the task manager that arent actually open.
