Question / Help OBS Will NOT Display Game

I have streamed Dream Daddy Simulator one time before with OBS Studio with no issues. But when I tried to do it today, it would not capture the window.
  • I have already run the program as admin
  • I have already tried Game Cap and Window Cap (Game cap constantly gives trouble so I default to window cap)
  • I have restarted my computer
  • I have restarted the game
  • I have restarted OBS
  • I have updated OBS
  • I have updated my Computer
  • I have checked to see if Dream Daddy is updated
I have also tested every other open program and OBS will display them all EXCEPT this game.

This is what I get when I try to capture it.

You have realy captured Windowed or you have captured game with window?
Normaly, if you select (not the game capture) direct the window capture, all what you see is what obs captured, desktop and realy all.

(are the scenes secret? smile)

I'm not sure what you asked but I am using Window Capture. When I use Window Capture for other games, it shows the specific window selected. This specific game gives this result, and yes everything is a secret because it isn't relevant to the question I have lol

Not all Games can captured so.
Capture youre desctop (do not use capture games, use the capture monitor, so realy all, what you see (desktop, Browser, Games realy all, what you can see, see the Stream/Video. So a little bit tricki with the scence)

Most problems, that have this are very old Games. But also a few newer

(sorry my english is not the best ;-), i hope i have helped)

display capture is not recommended except in extreme circumstances where game and window capture won't capture the program properly. Performance issues.
