Question / Help OBS Will Not Detect Elgato HD60Pro

I've tried reinstalling OBS completely and the Elgato was picked up and it was streaming fine. I booted up OBS today and I'm back to square one. Elgato cannot be detected in the Video Capture properties and when I did have it selected before I deleted my old Video Capture source, the source name text "Elgato" was in red and it showed up as a black screen. Any ideas how I can fix this? Thanks for any help.

Hi,

Checking the log its showing

19:32:49.902: [DShow Device: 'Video Capture Device'] settings updated:
19:32:49.902: video device: Elgato Helper Device (unavailable)
19:32:49.902: video path: \\?\pci#ven_12ab&dev_0380&subsys_00031cfa&rev_00#4&22b4bc25&0&00e6#{65e8773d-8f56-11d0-a3b9-00a0c9223196}\{6f814be9-9af6-43cf-9249-c03401000222}
19:32:49.902: resolution: 1920x1080
19:32:49.902: fps: 29.97 (interval: 333667)
19:32:49.902: format: YV12
19:32:49.903: DShow: HDevice::ConnectPins: failed to connect pins (0x800705AA): Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service.
19:32:49.903:
19:32:49.942: DShow: HDevice::ConnectFilters: RenderStream failed (0x80070057): The parameter is incorrect.

So it wont initialise the HD60Pro,worth taking alook at the ffmpeg and drivers for the elgato to check there are no issues.

Also does it work within the elgato software?
