Question / Help OBS Why dose my stream lagg?! :(((((

hello my stream laggs abit for me league of legends seems ok on these settings but csgo and rocketleague is unstreamable!

my setup is:

CPU i5.4690K clocked to 3.7ghz with noctuna d14 aircooler!
Gpu sapphire 390 nitro 8GB not overclocked
ram 16 gb
psu 750W
moba: GA-Z97X-Gaming 3

Screens: 1920x1080 60fps (primary) + 1280x1014 60fps (secondary).

Network: 100/100 fiber line!
