Not sure how or why, but OBS is trying to use Direct3D and failing, and falling back to OpenGL, which is deprecated.

I would check that Windows is up to date, as well as your GPU drivers, and that your Nvidia control panel is set to run OBS on your Nvidia card if you're trying to do game capture, or on your Intel GPU if you're trying to capture the display.
