OBS White Screen Crash

I'm getting intermittent crashes upon startup, OBS opens to a white screen then crashes.

Sometimes after a couple of tries it opens fine.

I used DDU and installed GPU driver again, same issue.

I did more testing today and I am able to reproduce the crash every time. If I leave a media source active and exit OBS, next startup it will crash.

If I hide the media source and exit, it will startup without issue. I am using MKV files as a background video/scenes.
