OBS white chat dock/not logging into twitch

Today, I had run into an issue with my chat dock being a full white box. Even after closing and reopening the application, nothing changed so I read that I should sign out and sign back into my twitch on OBS. Now, I not only can't log back in, but every time I put the stream key in and click "Connect account", its just a white blank box.

I've already tried to:
*uninstall/reinstall OBS
*clear OBS cache and web browser cache
*make sure I'm on the latest version
*running as administrator
*disabled Hardware Acceleration
*Restarted my PC

I even joined the discord and that was certainly not helpful at all. Please, if there's any fix, any tip I haven't tried, or even just what may be causing it, I'd really like some help.

Wow ofc after hours before posting this, I find the solution lol.

Did a total uninstall and reinstall (exported my profiles and scenes ofcourse)
SKIPPED the 31.0.4 update (as of March 28 this year.)
And now you can get your chat docks and the login screen to work. Thanks to the discord for being unhelpful and rude lmao.

i've encountered this issue today and have tried to unintstall and reinstall an older version with no luck. does anyone have any other suggestions? this issue didn't start until i updated to the newest version yesterday. now even the older versions don't work.
