Obs while open causes my whole pc to be slow loading apps/games

Whilst having OBS open even when it is not streaming it causes me to have slow load times for games for example Fortnite loads in game when I'm outside of the bus and takes 5 mins to even open the game this is similar for most if not all games also all loads are low see the pic attached

Current system:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-10850K CPU @ 3.60GHz (OC 5.1GHz)
Nvidia GTX 1660 Super OC
32GB Ram
Good Cooling and motherboard
