obs (while live) + fivem seems to stop my internet

So I know this sounds absurd but it happens somehow and I don't know how.
I play and stream GTA V RP, which runs through Fivem, now everytime you launch fivem it runs a small update checker and then it launcher.
If I'm not streaming and I start Fivem everything is fine, no issues. But recently I've noticed.. if I'm live broadcasting and I launch fivem, it kills my internet connection. I've changed my router about 2 months ago and about a month ago I changed my ISP as well and it's been nothing but smooth sailing until 1-2 days ago.
I don't know what kind of information I could provided that might help troubleshoot this particular issue.

Use Task Manger to see how much bandwidth FiveM uses when you open it.
Before next stream: Settings > Advanced > Network > Check all the boxes > Apply > OK.

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

I did a fresh reinstall of fivem and obs and tried again this morning, it kept happening here is the log from obs:

as per your advise I ticked all the boxes in the network settings on obs.

What seems to "spike" in terms of bandwidth is OBS whenever I turn on FiveM, but not FiveM itself

Hello, I have this problem also. Everytime I do stream FiveM with any streaming playform, not only OBS, my internet is disconnected after about 5-15 minutes (Request Time Out for few seconds then it turned back).
Not only the stream is disconnected, but also my whole internet. This is so strange because when Im streaming another game, it's fine even for 2 hours or more. This is happened after I installed Reshade and mods to the FiveM, I don't know that is the problem or not.
But I tried reinstall the FiveM and remove every file in FiveM, but it still the same.
Do you fixed the problem? I can't say more how grateful I am if you share it with me how to fix that.
