Question / Help OBS weird audio issues during streaming and recording

So I recently tried to stream a couple games to YouTube, OBS kinda screwed up a while back so I reinstalled it, turned down my resolution to support my bandwidth and all that. Recently I tried the Auto Configuration Wizard, and it has destroyed my audio, I've gone through my settings and I'll attach a video but I have no idea how to sort this issue
