OBS doesn't add any watermark. It's free. Either you are not using OBS Studio, or it is from some paid 3rd party plugin you installed.

Hi um, yes they actually do have a water mark. You have to pay to have it taken off and don't lose the serial number.

That's Droidcam watermark. To remove it you should set a lower resolution for the camera or pay for the pro version.

That's DroidCam (whatever that is), not OBS. If you're convinced that that's OBS, you've been scammed.
Not scam, just a plugin.

Ah! Okay. Though I'd still call it shady if they try to convince you to pay for OBS...

If you're using your phone as a camera in OBS, there are completely-free ways to do that too. I like IP Webcam, for example.
