OBS was working great but now freezes while recording

I have been using OBS and a Winstar USB Video capture card to transfer my recorded shows from my DVR to the computer HD. Everything was great. Transferred 87 1 hour shows. Now, when I try to transfer, the video freezes at a random point in the video. I stop the recording and OBS is frozen. I can not do anything with it. I am forced to uninstall then re-install it. But when I try to record again it freezes again. It could be the video card, not sure. If the card is the problem why would OBS be completely frozen and not able to function. I have noticed other posts about freezing problems but no responses on this problem. I will get another card just to check it out. Meanwhile any info would be greatly appreciated https://obsproject.com/logs/deRDEMm8eRrwky7o. https://obsproject.com/logs/s7U9BmdOCLHMDNjC

1. Update your GeForce drivers.
2. Run OBS as Admin
3. Your log contains no recording or streaming session. Results of this log analysis are limited. Please post a link to a clean log file.
To make a clean log file, please follow these steps:

1) Restart OBS.
2) Start your stream/recording (record to MKV if you are not doing so) for about 30 seconds. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc.
3) Stop your stream/recording.
4) Select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Send that link via this troubleshooting tool or whichever support chat you are using.

Also unless your source, output and capture card all support Full color range, you should probably use Partial. In OBS, go to "Settings -> Advanced" and set "YUV Color Range" back to "Partial".
