I explain this as a VSync type lock, because it isn't actually VSync. I have been trying to find a good streaming software for a long time, and was referred to OBS Multiplatform due to having SLI.
]
I found that when streaming with Single card today, that I was locked at 52-60 FPS in BF4, so i went ahead and enabled SLI so I could get the best out of my stream.. well, with 3-way SLI enabled, I am locked at 52-60fps. If I exit out of the screen, the FPS goes to 200 - 300 depending on the game.
I went through the settings, but OBS multi compared to the other OBS, there is absolutely no settings to be changed anywhere, and it is quite annoying to try to figure out, when there is nothing to disable.
I run a RoG Swift at 144hz, and don't use GSync, because I normally play BF4 or CSGO when streaming, and I want the FPS to be free so that I don't get mouse lag from GSync.
I do not currently have a log, but I will be streaming tomorrow for a couple of hours, so I will try to grab a log then.
