OBS: VOICE SOUNDS LIKE CHIPMUNK

I have been using OBS to record Academic Educational Content. I'm using USB Mic. I recorded 3 lectures of 1 hr each ( out of these 2 went fine but 3rd one sounded like chipmunk voice. Please help me to identify the issue.

Streaming settings
