Question / Help OBS VISUAL C++ problem

Hello i recently see OBS and i want to stream.I download OBS but he say to download visual c++ from microsoft site.When i finish to download it he say my windows or something like that is not compatible with visual c++ it_s say to contact the developers.PLEAS HELP!!
I have windows 10

Make sure you install VC++ for x86 and x64, not ARM
