Obs-virtualoutput failed to load (win 64)

I am getting this error msg every time I launch OBS. There is pop-up window "OBS plugins failed to load" . I have removed the plugins but keep getting the same error msg. Any suggestions on how to fix the issue is greatly appreciated

Remove the plugin and that's all.
