OBS/VirtualCam + Zoom: bit-rate, CPU/GPU load, latency

Hi.

I am using VirtualCam with Zoom. OBS is configured to produce 720p (QSV) because that's what Zoom uses.

What about bit-rate? Could we save less CPU/GPU load for OBS+Zoom at a better bit-rate?

Is there a relation between bit-rate and latency? Higher bit-rate lower latency? Can we say encoding latency is not significant compared to Internet latency?

My CPU/VideoAdapter is Intel UHD Graphics 620 (Intel Core i7-7500U) - Lenovo laptop.

Why google meet is not showing Up OBS camera in the camera setting list. It works with VC platforms like webex,zoom,microsoft team...
Whenever the OBS virtual camera is ON, google meeting says the camera failed in video settings tab. I tried the same with forfox, chrome, microsoft edge, IE....same result. Let me know the solution for this.
