OBS VirtualCam doesn't work with Cisco Jabber?

Hi,

First of all: OBS is amazing, i stumbled accross it following a hanselman recommendation :-) and use it for videoconferencing privat & at work.
My setup is either an internal HP notebook cam or an external AUKEY USB and OBS with VirtualCam plugin.

At work we use Webex, where OBS works like a charm (colleagues & customers are highly impressed :-)), but for some meetings i have to use Cisco Jabber, and in Jabber i can choose the OBS-Camera from a list of cameras, but the camera-area is just black.

I'd really love to make it work, is there anything i can do to find or even fix the rootcause of the non-working? Any recommendations for a workaround?

Have the same or similar issue but for mine the actual camera image of the default camera is displayed rather than the virtualcam composition. This also only happens in Cisco Jabber ... WebEx / Zoom etc. works as expected.

I'm also having trouble with Jabber on a Windows 10 system.

I've found somewhere that the service host may be able to enable virtual webcams through their admin privileges.
