OBS VIRTUAL WEBCAM NOT SHOWING AS OPTION FOR CAMERA SELECTION

Hi,
I just installed the latest version of OBS which comes with the Virtual Webcam on my Windows 10 Laptop but I can't seem to find the OBS Virtual Webcam as an option for camera input when using softwares like Chrome browser or Whatsapp, please how can I resolve this challenge?

Installed then updated to 27.1.3 on Windows 10. Same problem, I click Start virtual camera with a feed showing in the scene. The camera for OBS doesn't appear in Chrome's menu of available cameras. Latest stable version of Chrome. Log attached.
